This Policy explains how we, St John Ambulance, and our affiliated trading company Support St John Limited may collect and use the information you give us, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.
The details you provide when setting up your account will be held in Reach and will be used to make and manage your course bookings, to record attendance and outcome, and any feedback you provide at the end of the course. Your line manager will be notified of your booking, and in some cases will be asked for their approval before the booking is confirmed.
If you are a Cadet, then you will be asked for your parent or guardian’s details and they will also be notified.
The course details are kept on Reach for 6 years from the course date. Course outcomes are recorded on MyData.
If you have any questions about how your data is used please contact the data-protection@sja.org.uk.
